While you will certainly pick up practical tips and fascinating facts, the evening is designed to be a relaxed, social, and memorable celebration. To keep things spirited and engaging, we weave a lively, bespoke Trivia Challenge with a prize into the session, introducing some fun, light-hearted competition to the night.

However, for our high-end, multi-course paired dining experiences with a private chef, we introduce our signature "Two Lenses" philosophy. Instead of the traditional "one dish, one wine" rule, we pour two contrasting or complementary styles of wine alongside a single dish. It creates an incredible interactive talking point for your guests, allowing everyone to actively explore how different textures and flavor profiles completely transform the palate.

Please just let us know your requirements at least 14 days in advance of your event so we can prepare a seamless menu.

To secure your chosen date, a 50% deposit is payable within 14 days of the invoice date, with the remaining full balance due 14 days prior to your tasting. Bookings are fully refundable (minus a small admin fee) up to 14 days before the event. If plans change closer to the date, we offer flexible options to transfer the booking to an alternative date or allow you to send a substitute guest.

We carry £5,000,000 in comprehensive Public and Product Liability insurance and operate under a strict personal alcohol licence. This covers all of our bespoke wine tastings, special occasion celebrations, and curated culinary accompaniments in the comfort of your own residence or at your chosen venue.

For collaborative culinary events, we work exclusively with fully insured private chefs. We are delighted to provide our insurance certification and licensing details directly to your venue coordinator or party planner upon request.
